The past 2 years have been tough for everyone, and if Covid-19 has taught us anything, it’s that we all must value this life we live, and equally important, the lives of others. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is not a “hot topic” that’s going to pass with time or be replaced by something. It’s lived experience, it’s creating a sense of belonging for the people in your organisation, and most importantly it’s about learning from those who have experienced things differently to us.We want to keep it light in this first Newsletter, as a simple introduction and welcome for what’s to come. We want this medium to be one that is shaped by you and what you want to read about, so we would really appreciate if you could take less than a minute out of your day to answer the one question
